At my first appointment. I was seen in a timely manner. Md Dorfman was wonderful and his bedside manner was comforting. I had no doubt or questions that were left unanswered. I’m in the healthcare field and was extremely impressed with his staff. I just finished having an endoscopy and colonoscopy ….which went seamlessly. The Staff was amazing, the anesthesiologist was great. I would recommend my family members without a doubt to this practice.

I called this morning to reschedule an appointment I have Friday for a colonoscopy I told them I don’t have a ride to and from there office due to my 31 yr old daughter passed away a couple of months ago only person I have is my wife she is so depressed she can’t leave the house right now they said they have to charge me for missing the appointment even though I gave them 2 days notice I can’t afford that payment and my large co pay when I come to the next appointment I told them I don’t want to use there practice think twice before using this heartless practice the office staff could careless we need Dr so much that they can treat us anyway they want shame on them

He did my colonoscopy, I was really nervous and was shaking like a leaf, but when he entered the room he immediately made me feel comfortable and his bed side manner was great. I would recommend DDA to any of my friends.

Left 2 messages on their website for an appointment. No response. Called and couldn't have had a receptionist/office worker who could possibly care less about my situation.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dorfman. He's friendly, efficient without being brusque, knowledgeable, and willing to sit with patients and answer questions. I have never had a scheduling or billing problem with his organization over the three years I have been seeing him. He was recommended to me when my previous GI doctor moved out of the area, and I have never had cause for dissatisfaction.

Looking for "that" Dr. who listens to you, advises you with clear instuctions and treats you like a family member? Well I found the man @ a very turbulent time in my life. Getting old isn't much fun when things seem to be falling apart. Dr. Dorfman and his staff have been just what I needed. From front to back you can't go wrong.

I received a letter a few days before my colonoscopy stating i am responsible for a $325.00 facility fee. After my procedure i received a bill from Dr. Dorfman for $1300 which was $836.83 over what Medicare allows for this procedure. Also the anesthesiologist billed $1176 in which Medicare allowed only $990.64. I became responsible for the $185.36. All totaled, this cost me $761.86 above what medicare allows. Find another organization or get the correct billing information UP FRONT. R Hamme

Dr. Dorfman is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He listens to what i have to say and discusses with me my options regarding my treatment. I am very pleased with him and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I had my colonoscopy over a year ago. Dr Dorfman removed an extraordinary growth in my colon. It so large, he said he had not seen such in his medical experience. However, it was benign thankfully. Dr Dorfman is a most personable and extraordinary young doctor who cares gainfully for his patient's well being. We have struck a enviable and close relationship of true confidence and trustworthiness that allows an openness that I cherish between us. Dr Dorfman is articulate and very sensitive.
