Dr. Michael Diaz, MD

I have questions about my recent procedure and have tried for over two weeks to get someone to return a call. Cannot get anyone one to answer phone. Just plays music.

Dr. Diaz takes the time to explain his diagnosis. I like the way he doesn't talk down to me and teeats me with respect.

He is an outstanding because he listens to you. We discussed the changes of my symptoms and options for new medication. Great bedside manner.

My oc doc told me to see a gastro doc for my GI/stomach problems. I saw Dr. DIAZ. He did a scope and said nothing wrong with me. My stomach tells me different.

Dr Diaz is great, he explains things well and has a great bedside manner. He doesn’t rush in and out, take’s his time always. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. A pleasant visit.

Dr Diaz is a very good Gastroenterologist. Very knowledgeable, caring and will take the time to listen to his patients.

There wasn’t a long way. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very friendly as well and listened to me. You don’t get too many doctors to sit back listen and take their time with with you. I will continue to recommend him to everyone in need of a Gastroenterologist.

I've been sick for months and was referred to this office. Was gotten in quickly for my ultrasound, and that's where it ends. I was given a number to reach someone for lab results, and every time I attempted to call it went to voicemail which was full so I couldn't leave a message. I finally got a call back (with her sounding irritated) that she has my results and I need to call her back. Again, to voicemail with a full mailbox. Tried to call the office and leave messages, none which have been returned. I even went as far as to try to reach the person "on call" who also didn't answer with a full mailbox. Maybe it's just what's been going on with COVID right now, but based on my experiences I would never recommend this office to anyone. My primary was at least understanding and able to do my FMLA paperwork (which I was trying to contact the office for) and refer me to a new office. I'm glad so many people have had a pleasant experience but this was not one for me

I feel very fortunate that I can call Doctor Diaz my doctor. he's wonderful. He took care of my immediate needs. He took time to explain everything to me . he was so easy to talk to. I felt totally comfortable with him. I highly recommend him

Dr. Michael Diaz is a highly experienced specialist. He explains everything in easy to understand detail. He answers all your questions completely. He leaves no stone unturned in his procedures.

He is pleasant, conscientious, knowledgeable, informative, and concerned. He is what one would want in every doctor. He is concerned about the patient's concerns, even if the patient concerns are invalid. Always tries to put the patient at ease and establishes trust for his knowledge and any procedures he might need to perform. I would recommend this doctor to everyone!
