Flap surgery on male quadriplegic November 2023
The surgery only took a couple hours I was in the now the hospital less than 3 days it healed very fast I was only laid up in bed for about 2 months I was very fortunate I had my own fluidized air bed at home which I bought used on eBay the year before without that bad at what they had to stay in the hospital for 2 months unfortunately my story came back one year later now I have appointment to see the doctor in the next 30 days and hopefully get another flap surgery done I went on vacation for 2 weeks and set in my wheelchair for 10 hours a day or more because of traveling cross country dumbest thing I've ever done now have to start all over but this doctor is beyond awesome can't wait to give them a try for a 2nd chance this will be my 3rd surgery in last 10 years.

Dr. Desvigne is an excellent surgeon. I saw him for a pressure ulcer that had been operated on twice before by a different surgeon with poor results. After two years of battling the wound I had all but given up hope of being cured. Doctor's were telling me I would have to stay in bed for the rest of my life. As soon as I met Dr. Desvigne and Ashley Wardman I knew I was in good hands. Two months after they performed flap surgery on the wound I was able to get up into my wheelchair a little at a time. Now here I am six months post-surgery and back to my "normal" life. Dr. Desvigne gave me my life back and I am eternally grateful.

My son is a patient of Dr. Desvigne. He always upbeat and positive. He listens to his patients and cares about their feelings. His staff is wonderful too. I would gladly recommend Dr. Desvigne to anyone.
