Great Experience
I went to Dr. D'Amico for a consultation for a problem with my gums. Dr. D'Amico was very detailed when explaining my issue and his thoughts on the go-forward. I was very pleased with his consultation, as he was the first Dr. to provide the level of facts that I needed. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, from my first call, to the front desk nurse and also the attending nurse, Dana. I would definitely recommend Dr. Michael D'Amico and his entire office.

Best experience for my young adult
We were late for consult to extract my daughters wisdom teeth due to accident on highway. The staff was friendly and made arrangements for our consult to still happen. Come surgery day my daughter was very nervous once again the staff was great calming her and keeping her focused on the main goal. Everything was explained well, we were walked to our car after extractions and her medications were waiting at our pharmacy for pick up. They took care of everything so much that I recommend them to my daughters friend and less than a month later he too had his wisdom teeth extracted with the same care and ease. Both of these young adults were medicated properly during and after their procedures. We continue to recommend this group to everyone.

Bad experience
My experience with this practice doesn't deserve a single star. Michael D'Amico extracted a tooth and placed a bone graph for a future implant. He was extremely rough and broke an adjacent tooth in the process. No one told me about it before I left the office. I only found out after I removed the gauze once I got home. I called the office the next morning and they gave me an appointment for 8:30 am the next day. When I arrived at my appointment to show them the broken tooth and discuss a plan to fix it, I was told the surgeon wouldn't see me. Apparently, I signed a document stating that adjacent teeth could be damaged, so they aren’t liable to fix the tooth. They claimed to have left a message on my phone cancelling the appointment and telling me to see my general dentist. It’s odd that I didn’t have any missed calls or messages from this office. I’ve also developed sharp pains in my head and behind my eye. My fear is that I have to return to this office in 3 months for the implant.

My experience with Dr. D'Amico was great however my experience with this practice shouldn't even get a one star. The assistant who answered the phone wanted to give her medical recommendations to me. I asked to have Dr. D'Amico contact me or asked for his email address so I could email my situation and get his thoughts on how best to handle my oral surgery needs. The woman who answers the phone refused to put me in contact with him and gave me her medical opinion. Her medical opinion is less that useless, as she is not a dentist or oral surgeon. Until I told her I was going to post this review she down right refused to put me in contact with the doctor. Once I told her I would post this review, she decided she could leave him the message. Too little, too late. Truly a shame because I truly liked Dr. D'Amico and thought he was a good surgeon. I just booked an appointment with a different doctor or had no problem accommodating me.

I won’t be recommending this organization to anyone! Dr. Eugene D’anico extracted 3 teeth and I’ve had nothing but problems and extreme pain, which his office remains steadfast in their refusal to effectively address pain issues resulting from dental extractions. My initial experience was with Dr. Eugene D’Amico who prescribed appropriate pain remedies. This was dissatisfaction to the extreme as I am not a complainer, so I went back to the office AGAIN and was told no more opiates. Pain not imp.
