Excellent & Thorough
Dr. Cloud is very easy to talk with about anything. He is the best PCP I've ever had. He's incredibly approachable and easy going. He's very respectful with patients and staff.

Moved here and needed to find a Physician
Dr. Cloud took me on after trying others unsuccessfully. He worked with me in an effort to establish where I am with my existing condition and helped me in the way I was appropriate, not disruptive to current treatment unless necessary, and respectful to my concerns. Dr. Cloud gave me the confidence I needed and was not finding with some others I tried.

He is a ZERO! Horrible experience. His nurse, Lena, is exceptionally rude. She is not a nurse. She’s a A++ in the other. I went and he had a student do his work and he never tried to get to know me. I guess bc I’m an educated, non doctor shopper that he is use to, instead I’m a 45 year old and told him why and what was wrong with me and he didn’t care. Save yourself if your trying to have a physician that you can talk to and please don’t smile at the nurse she might cuss you out.

Dr. Cloud is new to me and I was pleasantly surprised with him and the time he took to listen to me. He is great and he does listen. He has no problem working with my other doctors and is very encouraging. I feel very comfortable talking with him and do not feel rushed at all. Great personality as all his staff does.
