Dr. Michael Caruso, MD

I was treated by Dr Caruso in Quincy MA when I was 20 yrs old. He was the nicest caring doctor and addressed my needs. I had bad acne on my chin area from always sitting with my chin leaning into my hand. He prescribed for me medication and advised me not to put my hands to my face. HE CLEARED MY SKIN and to this day, 66 yrs old, hv remained acne free! Wish he never left Boston cuz I wld see him now to make me look younger! I wld trust Dr. Caruso with all my dermatological needs!

Not so much about Dr. Caruso, but about Riverchase Dermatology in general. I had a skin biopsy done on 6/11/20. I waited for 2 weeks to hear results and never heard anything. I called on 6/25/20 but had to leave a message. Someone called back on 6/26 and left a message to call their office. I called immediately, got put in a que and there were 9 callers ahead of me. Waited a half hour listening to all the bs of their recording and finally got a person. Again told her why I was calling. She put me on hold and after a minute or so, the called got dropped. I'm betting they've billed my insurance company and will get reimbursed before I ever get my results. Looking for a different dermatologist ASAP.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was greeted at the front desk quickly and efficiently. In the exam room the Doctor's assistant was compassionate and knowledgable. My visit was extremely comfortable and Dr Caruso addressed every one of my concerns, putting me at ease. The office has a very comfortable vibe and I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone in need of a Dermatologist!
