I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll for any foot related issues. He operated on my husband's achilles tendon where a disc of bone still attached to the tendon and repaired it. My husband's case was extremely rare and Dr. Carroll was so excited about his situation. It is wonderful to see someone is so passionate about his profession. He then has repaired my bunion and hammer toe and bone spur and I am recovering well. the scarring is minimal. With our daughter working in Physical Therapy industry she has seen a lot of patients from different doctors and she would not let us go to anyone else. Dr. Carroll has performed 2 surgeries on my left foot and I would strongly recommend him for any issue that is foot or ankle related. He listens to the patient and explains everything that is going on and what he would suggest for treatment. Each time that I had an appointment, I would make the drive from Noblesville to Greenwood and, if I have other problems, I will continue to see him. He is truly a caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.

I absolutely love Dr. Carroll and his expertise! He is very informative, has great bedside manners and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He truly knows what he is doing and listens to his patients! He was the only doctor who didn't jump on fusion train like the other 3 I had consultations with. He performed my hemicap implant surgery on May 4, 2020 and I was so at ease about what he was going to do, what to expect, the pros and cons of the surgery as well as the possible rejection or failure. I would absolutely hands down recommend Dr. Carroll to anyone who is having feet issues. The staff and office atmosphere are also awesome! Never felt rushed nor like my problems didn't matter. Each visit was calm and everyone was friendly.

My wife had a bunion causing severe discomfort, Dr Carroll did an excellent job of repairing it, while providing the proper re-hab. She has had excellent results. She had one done several years ago and I wish that Dr. Carroll could have done that one as well. The support that she got from the office staff was excellent.

Dr. Carroll is one of the finest foot doctors I have ever went to. I had a reoccurring foot problem for 50 yrs. No one would tell me of a solution which was a very simple operation that Dr Carroll performed and my foot no longer needs any care. Previous to the operation I was beginning to have the problem ulcerated and one doctor even told me I was lucky I didn't lose my foot. But that doctor did not offer the alternative of that simple operation. I recommend Dr. Carroll to everyone who has foot problems. He's great.

Very good surgeon. Have been highly satisfied with both my surgeries. Answers all my questions and explains procedures thoroughly. My outcomes are what I expected. Would recommend Dr. Carroll to my friends and have done so.

My daughter went here and the doctor was good. She got a bill from the doctor and they was to lazy to bill the insurance. She paid her copay and I talked to the manager in the billing department and do you know the billing department is to lazy to bill the insurance , now it’s on my daughter’s credit report. Don’t go to this doctor unless you want to pay the whole amount out of your pocket.

I have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Micheal Carroll, his nursing staff, and his office staff. Each and every one of them have provided the very best care regarding my Achilles tendon surgery. Dr. Carroll always takes his time to make sure all questions are answered, and never makes you feel rushed, His approach is caring and thorough. His staff are the best, including each of the nurses and office staff. If you need care for the foot I highly recommend the Southside Foot Clinic!

Great interaction with patient. Took care of an issue I'd had for over ten years. Two other podiatric never suggested surgery. Dr Carroll discussed options and said if and when I wanted to get rid of the pain he could do surgery to correct the situation. Wished I had found him ten years sooner.

Dr. Carroll is very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. He makes sure you are educated on your condition, answers all of your questions, and educates you on your options for treatment along with his recommendation. Excellent surgeon!! He cares about his patients. Highly recommend.

Very caring doctor. Takes time and explains what he wants to do, but gives options. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carroll.

He's a great doctor but overloaded. Makes too many appointments. Not unusual to wait over an hour past your appointment time to be called back and then longer still in a room. Today in particular we have been here over 2 hours and still waiting for him to come back to remove a toenail.

First visit wait time was over 2 hours as the computers were running slow.Dr said ok I will see you back in a week! Go to make appointment with snobby admin person and was told he was on vacation for 3 weeks. Gee doc, thanks for the heads up. Next appt wait time was 20 minutes, told by the dr to come back in a week, again told at the desk that something came up and he couldn't see me for 3 weeks as he would be out of the office. 3rd visit same thing. Dr on vaca again for 2 weeks.Ridiculous
