It's an older building but my particular doctor, Dr. Oraha is a gem. She is so into follow up, she makes me feel bad if I don't go in. I'm older and she makes sure I get all shots, tests, referrals and follows up and calls herself if I've had a problem. As I said, a gem. The office is on time if there are no emergencies. Most of my 10 years here they have been on time. Once I had to wait an hour. That was during a flu epidemic so they can be a long time, but it isn't normal.

The office staff, unfortunately, are not courteous nor concerned nor able to use common sense with patients when scheduling an appointment. They act as if you are bothering them. Dr. Burton is a wonderful doctor; however, his office staff has gone down hill. The best nurse and office staff person is Lisa; young yet really on the ball. The others due a true disservice to Dr. Burton and his staff. I have been going there since 1983 and I have seen the change over time. Sad.
