Excellent Diagnosis and Care
Dr Austen was recommended to me by my cardiac care nurses. I am grateful for their input. Dr Austen is both caring and professional. He has correctly diagnosed my ailments 3 times in the past year, and directed me to the appropriate specialist.

Awful experience
They simply do not answer their phones and their front office staff is incredibly rude. Dr Austen rushed through a physical in 3 minutes and then they dropped me as a patient for getting upset that I had to DRIVE to their office just make an appointment. They perfectly embody the problem in healthcare. Bad service. Bad staff.
