1 star is too high! Horrible service.
No follow up after appointment. Labs were taken but refused to provide results. Made multiple attempts but after 3 weeks went elsewhere and left that clinic with my lab results and prescription for medication to treat an infection….. so easy for others but not this clinic.

I went to Dr. Ard thinking I had the flu and was very sick and in a lot of pain. He had blood work done and a urinalysis. It turns out I had a severe UTI with sepsis and he put me in the hospital immediately so that I could get IV antibiotic. I didn't have the usual UTI symptoms and I'm grateful Dr Ard took such good care in making the diagnosis. His nurses were wonderful and caring.
