My youngest son and my grandchildren went here as kids. My youngest grand, a toddler has always gone to Dr. Anderson's. He and his staff literally saved his life.

Dr. Anderson is the most personable and understanding pediatrician I've ever met. He knew exactly what my son needed and individualized his care. He created a very patient-centered approach with us and built a relationship with us and other patients, Not worrying about bureaucracy. He completed research for us and was able to find the right specialist for my son's needs. He is honest and very knowledgeable in pediatric care. He is the hub of my children's medical records.. So happy I left the big Northside Network for this humble practice that supports individized care and loves his patients.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The entire practice is full of confused, incompetent employees. The staff is rude, Lisette in particular. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff member, especially in management. My children have been attending this physician's office for 5 years, but we will not be returning. Please save yourself time and sanity and look elsewhere for pediatric care.

I recommend Dr Anderson, the duo are great listeners and my kids love them. They’ve been taking care of my babies since my eldest (now 12) was just 2 years old. We love them. The staffs are very pleasant and courteous too.

Dr. Michael Anderson truly cares about the patients he sees. He will take his time and get to know the child instead of in and out drive thru medical care which misses important detail. My children's health is the most important thing to me and Dr. Anderson is the most educated, most caring doctor I've been to. I wouldn't trust their health care with anyone else.

The wait time is terrible. The husband and wife duo are really nice but we much prefer the wife as she seems to be the better listener. Staff seem a bit slow. No in house testing, staff is often in casual dress. They are fairly quick at setting appointments but expect to be there 60-90+min.
