Incredibly rude, avoid
Telehealth
Dr. Leonardt was condescending and combative. She asked me a reasonable question about if I had missed any pills, but she clearly didn’t accept my answer despite having a “stop gap” appointment from another doctor. I showed her my bottle of a 90 day supply vs. the 60 she was insisting on. As a grown adult with multiple degrees, her condescension was behind unnecessary and insulting. I know if I missed a pill. I’m not a child. I have absolutely no desire to ever see her again. Upon looking up her name, she appears to have atrocious reviews and wish I had done some research on my provider before using her.

Worst Possible Dr I have ever come across
Telehealth
Horrible Experience, Set me back Months, She actually hung up on our last call. and said there was nothing she could do for me. She told me the Medication that I had taken for 20 years didn't work and gave me meds that gave me terrible side effects and did not want to discuss changing them. Made me feel awful about myself, had zero compassion, was condescending and could not care less about my situation, gave confusing advice. Avoid this woman at all costs. Sad to see all these other negative reviews, time to retire?

Terrible provider
Extremely rude and callous, ignorant, and impatient. In a rush to be done with appointments, does not let you finish sentences, argumentative and just overall unprofessional. Please spare yourself any trouble, annoyance or hurt feelings and find someone else. Just an awful provider.

Unfriendly, rude, mean
I came to her with issues with bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety. It literally gave me anxiety *to go see her*, that's how awful she was. Just like other reviewers, the evaluation lasted maybe 15 minutes out of the 40 it should have been. It was very rushed. She barely let me speak. I was scared to tell her anything! At a follow up appointment, when I told her a close family member passed away a few days prior when she asked how I was feeling, her face never changed, did not even say I'm so sorry or anything, she just moved on to the next question without saying anything. She seemed to be doing guess work in what to give me because she seemed to be wanting to get done with the appointment. Overall, would NOT recommend. My therapist was appalled whenever I told her about this doctor and the sessions I had with her (too many to be honest, should have switched way before).

Worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. She is extremely rude, will harass you until you cry, argue relentlessly with you about meaningless things, refuse to listen to your input, make actively harmful comments, and she manages to accomplish all of this in less than 1/3 of the visit time she was supposed to spend with you. If you value your mental health and well being, stay away from this provider

Rude, abrasive and demeaning each time I’ve seen her. I don’t get a sense of compassion whatsoever from her and I fear for people with more severe mental issues that have to interact with her.

She’s very kind and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and what I’ve tried in the past, and i feel like we’ve developed a good path forward -and i know she’s willing to work with me on adjustments if it isn’t working. As a woman, with a slightly complex history, i feel like she “gets” me. I will certainly see her again.

She did a scheduled 45 min psych evaluation in 16 min. Told me I’m Bipolar “probably” because my mom was. The appt was rushed and she acted like she just couldn’t be bothered or seem to care.

Dr. Leonhardt seems like a very kind knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor. I've only had one appointment with her so far, but I would refer her to others. I'm glad I made the appointment. I have some new paths to take.
