I recommend another provider
If you can choose another provider, I would recommend going somewhere else than ARC Pflugerville. And, I would choose a doctor other than Dr. Merlin Abraham if you have to use ARC. Dr. Abraham herself is nice, but her office makes the overall experience a "one star." I had a frustrating billing experience where not only did I receive a surprise bill weeks after my appointment, but it was extremely difficult to get in contact with a Billing representative. (I made the mistake of mentioning my allergies during a preventative visit and Dr. Abraham charged me for an additional visit as a result.) After repeated requests for a call, I finally was able to reach someone after calling the office directly. There are better options out there, go somewhere where you are valued as a person and not as a bank account.

Dr. Abraham took over my family’s care after our old doctor moved to another location. We have been so happy with her. She is responsive and really listens to her patients! After our doctor left, we were worried, but we lucked out finding Dr. Abraham!
