From the first phone call with Joyce to set up a new patient appointment, I knew I would be in good hands at BeachesOBGYN. And, I was -- all the way through to checking out with the office staff at the end of each appointment. The medical staff are friendly, helpful, patient, and caring. They are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to their patients' needs. I was very happy when I met Dr. Farrow. She and her practice were a breath of fresh air and I appreciate the excellent care! Thank you

I just had a life changing surgery and Dr Farrow & Dr Richmond did the procedure. I went in very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. The warmth and care that Dr Farrow gives her patients is a nice change then most Dr's that are in and out and on to the next sort a speak. She answered all questions and is patient and caring of your feelings and thoughts. I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Farrow is the best! She and Dr. Richmond go over and above to make every experience special for my wife and I. We never feel rushed and all of our questions are always answered. Dr. Farrow makes you feel like family and I would recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect Dr. to deliver your baby.

My experiences with Dr. Farrow haven't been the best. Aside from the lengthy time I've had to wait to be called back, then actually be seen by her have been consistently unacceptable. My last yearly pap specimen was lost, and the office never once called me to admit to this, nor to reschedule. I will never go back to Dr. Farrow and hope for all that have had interactions with her that they've been more positive than mine.
