Received a letter today saying that I was being terminated as a patient because I have not see Dr. Aulds in over a year (its been a year and a half) and due to my condition my insurance says she needs to see me once a year. I didn't know I had a condition! Dr. Aulds, your attitude and scare tactic of sending such a letter to a patient is a perfect example of what is wrong with our healthcare. We have had the same insurance for many years and never received such a letter. Shame on you!

Dr. Aulds is a real patient advocate. She was instrumental in getting prior-authorization approval so my insurance paid for my expensive medication! I get a print-out after every visit stating medication changes and tests that were done. Using a patient portal, I have emailed her many times and she always responds in a timely manner - even on Saturdays and Sundays. She is a very dedicated, caring doctor. They should all be like this! Staff leaves you waiting long times for blood draws though.

Dr. Aulds is one of the most through doctors my husband and I have been to. She listens to you! She is caring of her patients! If she diagnoses something in your lab or xrays, she refers you to a specialist.

Left dementia patient alone in lab area unattended. Dr. Said biopsy was needed for sore on neck but didn't write orders or tell me where to go. Said she had cream for the sore. She left room to get it and never returned. Dr. Seemed very angry - to the point that I almost left the exam room. Most unprofessional behavior. Was sent for foot X-ray. I found from another source that foot was broken. Dr. Aulds has not called me about X-ray yet.
