I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and Dr. Sternstein could no longer see me as she had 'full day' of patients. Entirely insensitive to the unforeseen circumstances that can make you late.

After waiting months to see Dr. Sternstein for continued care, I was notified I would be rescheduled to a time a few months in the future that required me to reschedule other commitments and would leave me without medicine that keeps me from being in debilitating pain and hospitalized. When I showed up late, though well within their supposed 15 minute grace period, I was told I would need to reschedule because of signing in through their app and waiting in line to confirm instead of intuiting that I was supposed to sign in through their hidden physical computer. While the Clinic Manager was kind enough to offer to reschedule me to later the same day with a different practitioner, it would require me to break additional appointments. So I continue to be left without my medicine and in need of finding an office who is both able and willing to see patients.
