I waited over one hour to be seen by the doctor today and she still never came into my room. Because I have to work I was forced to leave without being seen. This is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as yours is and making me wait over an hour without expecting to wait so long is unprofessional. I wanted to leave a great review for the doctor, but this destroyed any positive interaction I may have had. No one at the front told me she was running late. No explanations. No apologies. Nothing. I’ll be sure people know how this office is run.

I came away with a clear understanding of her recommended treatment plan, great confidence in her ability to execute it and in her commitment to providing the best outcome possible.

She has helped me navigate through bone spurs in my left thumb with a joint replacement 9 years ago and subsequent trigger finger surgeries and is now about to treat my right thumb with the same issue. Today she gave me cortisone in two trigger fingers to see if we can avoid surgery on those, too! I trust her to keep me playing bass guitar with my band, that plays weekly!
