0 stars!! This man was extremely rude. Went in for my sons "cough" but instead we were bullied!! My Son has a speech delay and this Dr kept questioning why he doesn’t talk, he was rolling his eyes at me like a child saying how I even communicate with him! Shrugging his shoulders) My son DOES understand but is nonverbal. Made my child feel sad. Dr needs to focus on what patient is there for!! Never in my life have I ever dealt with someone so unprofessional. Awful doctor NEVER GO HERE!

Which I could leave "no stars" this man was extremely rude and couldn't stop cutting me off long enough to explain what was wrong with my child. Never in my life have I ever dealt with someone so unprofessional. Would never recommend taking your child here. Doesnt take his time, doesnt care, wont shut up long enough to know what is truly going on. He rolled his eyes at me like a child, and not to mention he mean mugged me in the parking lot. The staff and waiting room were very nice though.

Dr. Mulu checked messages on his phone three times during my son's appointment. The language barrier was difficult to breach, and I did not feel that my concerns were heard or addressed.

I saw him with my new born a few times. He is very kind, reassuring, and patient. He does have a heavy accent but it doesn't' affect how effective he is as a doctor. He has always taken his time with my boys.
