Dr. Melyssa Paulson, MD

As a female veteran who has worked in the health care industry, Dr. Paulson entered the treatment room yelling at me telling me that my femur's bone contusion was a big nothing burger because she claimed to have one in her right shoulder. "Live with it!!" she screamed. The pain was so exquisite that it prevented me from walking or driving. I had to beg PA Mike at VAMC in East Orange to please order me the MRI. They were complaining how expensive an MRI is. Even though this test did reveal pathology, all they offered was a cortisone injection. Dr. Paulson and PA Mike revealed one of allopathic medicine's blunders and failures, they often DON'T diagnose but just treat the symptom. It could have been early cancer but they could care less. Dr. Paulson went on to tell me that she would never replace my knee because I would follow her impossible regimen of weeks of PT (too painful for me to do) and to lose 80 lbs. They did not seem to understand that I had gained only 50 lbs.
