Dr. Counts appearance totally shocked me. I was expecting a professional looking physician but instead in walks a very unprofessional person who appears she just rolled out of bed and put on dingy faded scrubs that were so wrinkled and Hugh on her. Her hair looked like she forgot to brush it before leaving home. Her shoes were ridiculous..She leaves the impression of laziness! She spent about 5 minutes asking if I needed any refills, listened to my lungs and heart calling that an exam. I ask Ed a question about a medication and she was short with her answers, handed me my paperwork and out the door. Insurance companies shouldn’t even have to pay if that is an office visit! It was my first and my last! Dr. Count’s mannerisms go well with her appearance… She looks nothing like the picture on the website!

This is a very uncaring physician. When my daughter went to see her with a list she had carefully made in order to get help, this woman glanced at the list and stated, "Whoa, I only have 20 minutes with you!" She spend less than 60 seconds, then left and never came back. If you want someone who gives a flip, don't bother with this one!
