Terrible
I chose her specifically as a new patient. To even get an appointment with her was a disaster and took days because of rude people in her office. I was in pain but had to wait a week to be seen. They call me less than an hour before my appt to tell me they made a mistake and I can’t come and the next doctor can take me in 10 months. They made me wait on the phone for 30 minutes to then tell me I could come. They made me feel like a charity case. I was 12 minutes late because I was on the phone with them for so long. When I got to the office they told me they weren’t going to see me. I was in pain and tears and I was told mistakes happen. The entire staff was unprofessional. They told me to go to urgent care which I did previously but was told to see my Dr which is what I did. I’m so sad and so hurt.

Dr. Wendt does not treat patients like numbers, but like people. At my last physical, she spent almost 30 minutes performing a thorough examination. Would recommend without hesitation.
