Dismissive, abrupt and ornery
My daughter came into Centennial OB/GYN ER with horrible pain on her right side and back along with vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. We already knew that she had a very large 7cm ovarian cyst, we were afraid that it may have ruptured, so we came in. This is a first for us so it was very scary. In the ER they did a GYN ultrasound that was very painful. The x-ray tech even commented on the size of the cyst being very large. Dr. Heather the midwife came in first but was at least a bit compassionate, but Dr. Walco was rude and dismissive telling my daughter that the upset stomach had nothing to do with the cyst and that woman walk around all the time with cyst this size, really I truly don't think so. You need to be somewhat compassionate and attentive to your patients or don't be a Dr. Use your medically degree to study science, but do not dismiss and pretend you know the pain someone is in. Never again Dr. Walco, not sure how anyone would think she is a good Dr.
