Incredibly rude
Our daughter was at the hospital (Valley Baptist Medical Center - Harlingen) under her care and had to see a neurologist within a week of discharge. The nurses set it up but gave us the wrong location. When we called back, they told us the next appointment was a month away. We explained the neurologist had explained it was urgent that he see our daughter within a week for follow up. Nurse put Dr. Thomas on the phone, who said it wasn't their fault or responsibility that we missed an appointment and now had to wait. When we explained the nurse gave us the wrong location, Dr. Thomas said the nurses had more important things to deal with. What kind of doctor is that? And a pediatric specialist, to top it off...
