Horrible, rude and unqualified
This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an ER doctor. She was extremely rude, clearly was annoyed and bothered by my questions. My FIL has a long history with heart conditions and is a high risk patient. I was asking basic questions to understand results, next steps, why his blood pressure was going down and this awful Dr was visibly annoyed by any question I asked. No one deserves this treatment especially when you are vulnerable with a loved one who is high risk with a fever and no one has answers or can give you a sense of comfort that they are doing everything they can to help.
