Overcharging
Billed my insurance twice in one year for annual wellness visit which ins denied so they changed codes, rebilled…Also discovered each visit (every 3 months) they ask if I want to scan of lungs because of past smoking, they bill ins $75 for a cancer screening consult. Did not trust her after that.

Dr Purvis does not rush you. She ask if there is anything I needed to discuss . All of my instruction was given in writhing. She is very easy to talk to. I am very glad I chose her for my doctor.
