Melissa Nau is not my doctor nor would I have have her as my doctor. If you have HBP do not go to her because she can not manage it. I have a family member who saw her and did not manage this persons HBP and now had a right side hemorrhagic stroke . Five months later and still waiting to get bone flap back on and left side paralysis with many other left side weaknesses now. All because a doctor doesn't know what she is doing to manage high blood pressure medications, which is now managed correctly. A good PCP is there to prevent things like this from happening. This has changed my life and my family's lives Thank you so much Nau....

I have been seeing Dr. Nau for about 15 years. She is very easy to talk to and I trust her opinion. She never makes me feel bad or awkward about the problems that I have had. She answers all questions that I have and she explains things in a way that I can understand but without making me feel stupid. I have also never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes AT MOST.

Called Au '15 to sched a new patient appt. Was told that she was booked, to call back in Sept. I called in Sept, was told she was booked, to call back in Oct. I requested to sched an appt out later rather than call back, & was sched for a Nov '15 appt. 10 days before appt, they called & resched to late Jan 2016. Had a msg 10 days before THAT apt that I was resched to Mar 2016. Disappointed; saw her yrs ago & loved her. Cancelled my apt, going elsewhere. 8 months is too long. Cant comment on care
