Cannot be trusted, seems biased and money minded
My daughter had Annual health visit supposedly preventive, however she coded lab works as diagnostic which is wrong. She will ask probing questions related to health, and if we mention any issues, she will consider this as diagnostic visit and not a well check. Tests which could be both preventive and diagnostic, she will put diagnostic for those. Typically, doctor needs to advice patient, if we bring up health issues as it's a well check and not an appointment for a specific issue which is billed as diagnostic. Also, during the discussion, she never explained the implications of discussing those issues with regards to insurance and out of pocket payment. Ideally, she should offer the option of scheduling a separate appointment to dive deeper into any specific concerns.This is not good, and I would not recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately, many other doctors' practices similarly though, which is very sad.
