THE best oncologist - endometrial cancer
Dr. Lumish has been my mom’s oncologist through the hardest period of her life (and ours). We consider ourselves extremely lucky that she was chosen for us (at MSK) and are overwhelmingly grateful for all she has done. Dr. Lumish has it all: the knowledge, the experience, the thoughtfulness, the bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients, listens, and is willing to think of alternatives or examine questions she doesn’t know deeper. Her advice has been invaluable and her communication is the best I’ve ever seen (she is patient, kind, and explains things in plain English!). Dr. Lumish has helped turn my mom’s life around.... Mom is now walking 3 miles a day and while not cancer free (yet), hopefully on the path to it and making amazing progress. Most importantly - feeling good and living her life again.
