Unprofessional, no empathy
HORRIBLE! I saw a sphere mass in my mouth X-ray and asked her to refer me to oral surgeon. She first said 'I'm not trained to read images'. Then she said 'The sphere looks normal'. All I wanted was a referral to a specialist, but she refuses. very unprofessional

Best GP I had
I haven't seen Dr. Lin in several years since she moved to another town but I often think about what a caring and genuine doctor she was and I miss her. I have seen several GPs over the years and few really take the time to listen - I know that the medical system doesn't really allow for much time, but I always felt Dr. Lin did take the time and she really saw me and my medical needs and struggles. Thank you Dr. Lin.

Horrible doctor
Telehealth
Avoid this woman at all costs. All she cares about is money. She has continually tried to deny birth control by saying I need a pap. Terrible manners, unprofessional. I considered reporting her to the medical board.

Terrible Doctor Avoid at all costs!!
Horrendous beside manner and does not truly care for patients. This is a doctor who is only in it for money. No expertise and zero follow up. One of the worst doctors ever with very little empathy.

I'll be honest and say that I'm writing this review after being very surprised at the other notes left by users on this website to Dr. Lin. I'm not saying that they're wrong or fake, but I want to leave my own impressions of having been seeing Dr. Lin for a couple of years now. She's a great doctor, DOES actually listen to you and has not once being dismissive of my concerns or issues. She's recommended to different specialists and also was very direct and frank with me. I do highly recommend her.
