Blessed to have Dr. Koenig
My 15 year old daughter had a complete ACL tear, and was fortunate to have Dr. Koenig as her orthopedic surgeon. We live in a very remote part of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and usually have to travel long distances to receive specialty care. For my daughter to have a strong, confident, competent, female doctor was a true blessing!

My experience of having Dr. Koenig as my orthopedic surgeon has been excellent. She took as much time as I needed to answer my concerns and questions about rotator cuff surgery pre-op and post-op. Additional questions via email were addressed quickly and comprehensively. I would not hesitate to recommend her skill and rapport with patients to anyone.

Dr. Koenig reconstructed my ACL with a hamstring graft. She was so patient and thorough in answering all of my questions, and her team was equally amazing. I actually switched to her as a surgeon (11/25 surgery) because my original surgeon wouldn’t get me in until February (5 months after my injury). While I have huge problems with KP as an insurance company, her team has been wonderful. It’s a shame they have to work with such a terrible insurance industry.
