Outstanding!

I have been a patient of Dr Kempf's for over 20 years and have never had any issues with her. Even when I had to have procedures performed by other doctors she took the time to call me just to see how I was doing. My issues are with her office staff. Payments not being credited, phone calls not returned, lost lab work. Went in to have lab work done over a month ago. Called a left a message 2 weeks ago regarding my results, no response. Called again last week and was told they couldnt find anything and would have to call the lab. Now almost a week later still nothing. Because of her staff I am seriously considering finding a new PCP

I had a terrible experience. I was met with suspicion, presumptions, and unprofessional, as well as unfounded, comments from the doctor. When I later called back wanting to talk to the doctor herself about my dissatisfaction with my visit there the lady on the phone said she would make note of my wanting the doctor to give me a call back, she never called me. I tried several times to have her contact me via phone, which all of my attempts were unsuccessful. Then I went in (second time mind you) to voice my complaint and get my questions answered, she wanted to charge me for an office visit which of course I refused. Her calling me back probably would have smoothed things over a bit, but I guess she didn’t have the integrity or the concern to do that. I do not recommend this doctor. Find a doctor who cares about and listens to you as a patient. My visit there and all the subsequent charges added up to a whole lot of wasted time, energy, and financial resources.

Doctor was very abrupt and didn't ask questions. Was convinced that I had covid and wanted to prescribe me ivermectin and said it would also help if I had the flu. Staff seemed inadequately trained and the nurses who came in to perform the covid test dropped all testing equipment on floor, exclaimed "that's not good" and still tried to perform the test with that kit. Covid results from that test and another test came back negative.

A 1 Star only because there is nothing less. Extremely snide and rude, and quiet frankly, not very wise in her medical advice.

unprofessional, rude, does not fulfill her responsibility to the physicians standard of care, poor assessment skills, and accusatory. Do not waste your time or money on her, she is a law suit waiting to happen for mis- diagnosing and failure to treat.

I saw Dr Kempf today she is great. I had a few concerns she took care of them. She is not a push over MD. I really like that I can be a pain. She answered all my questions and them some. I will recommend this Doctor any day. If you are looking for a babysitter she is not the Doctor!! If you want a professional taking care of you and you are willing to take responsibility for you health. She's your MD.

Awful Doctor. Never had an experience like this. She doesn't care for my safety or well being. Stay away from this lady.

I went in with a sore throat and asked the doctor to look at it. She took a look, saw a couple of spots, and said I might have strep throat. Then she asked if I wanted to be tested for strep. Ummm, you're the doctor, so why are you asking me? I told her I wanted the test sure enough, I had strep. Why should I have to tell the doctor what tests to run on me? I'm totally looking for a more competent doctor. Her patient care and bedside manner are lacking. She has no patience and doesn't listen.

I have been going to Dr Kempf for two years. Basic primary health. Her office staff is friendly and efficient. She has always been very thorough, explains what she is doing and why she is doing it very well. When we talk about what tests are going to be done, she gives the plus/minus of each test as well as what the costs are so that you can decide what tests are right for you. I never feel rushed. She is very friendly and personable.

Her office runs an allergy testing scam at the end of the year, telling patients oh, you've already met your deductible so you might as well. Everything has consequences folks. Go see another Doc, this ones completely unprofessional.

Dr. Kempf has been my family physician for 4 years and I would give her a five star rating. You can always get an appointment within 24 hours for urgent situations and her appointment run on time. There is no back and forth with pharmacies, she calls in prescriptions when she says she will and her staff is courteous.

She is Cold and untrustworthy. I will never go to her again! I recommend you find a Dr. That cares.
