Outstanding Doctor with a Great Personality
I needed to be seen urgently by a doctor and my regular doctor was not able to see me for a couple of months. I was recommended to Dr Hixson by my wife. I obtained an appointment quickly and had a wonderful visit. Dr. Hixson has a wonderful personality, great sense of humor and compassion, professional, very knowledgeable and a great listener. I had tests done and read immediately after the visit and great recommendations and medicine which helped tremendously. I will continue to see Dr. Hixson as my primary doctor from now one. She followed up online with me several times to ensure all was well. Thank you Dr. Hixson. I fully recommend her and which her the very best.

Exceptional Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Hixson is an exceptional communicator who takes a true interest in her patients. She is extremely thorough and a great “listener”. Very pragmatic in her approach and does not jump to any conclusions without the facts.

My mom has been under Dr. Hixson's care over 10 years. I take her to appts and Dr. H explains things in easily understandable (& often animated) ways and we never feel rushed. She's quick with referrals and medication refills. Although I hope I never need a new GP, if I do, it would certainly be Dr. Hixson. I am so grateful Mom found her.
