Best ER doctor ever.
Dr Melissa DeSantis (Uribes) caught a life threatening condition for one of my family members that went undiagnosed when a few doctors didn’t get to the root of the problem earlier. She listened attentively to my family member and found a needle in a haystack diagnosis. I can’t thank her enough for that..: Additionally, I had the pleasure of starting my career in the ER she worked in as a nurse. She is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with in terms of caring for her patients and camaraderie. Truly a blessing to healthcare!

She was extremely rude and made me feel like my pain didn't matter. She has terrible bedside manner and I would not recommend her to anyone.

She kept insisting that I was experiencing anxiety symptoms and even asked me if I needed something to relax me before my test results came back. She did not even know what an LLMD was which worried me. I was still experiencing difficulty breathing and she discharged me, basically giving me information on fainting, giving up, and sending me on my way. I've been in ER several times and have never experienced such a thing. Would never recommend and would go to different ER definitely.
