I like her bedside manners. She listened to me and with talk therapy and meditation I felt better. I was in bad shape. She saved My Life!

Dr. Chappell was God awful! She was very rude and has a condescending tone and manner. I felt uncomfortable and small. It’s like she’s bullying the mentally ill, trying to make herself superior to us. She kept interrogating me about my medical history even though I had trouble remembering everything. I told her my doctor would send my records, she was just plain unbearable. I would never recommend her ever!

Dr. Chappell is a wonderful doctor. She asked questions when she first met me. When she got to know me, she put a plan into place to help me feel better. She is professional and pays attention to detail (interrogation, really?!?!), therefore, she needs to ask questions. Thank you Dr. Chappell for everything you have done to help me get through the many challenges in my life.

Dr. Chappell and her staff have always treated me wonderful. I have been going to her for about 3 years. I can definitely say that my life is now changed for the better. The combination of medication and visits really work for me. Katie at the front desk is also great. She is sweet and friendly and always makes me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chappell to family and friends.

I have a lot of experience working with psychiatrists. I couldn't recommend DR. Chappell to a friend. Taking my history was more like an interrogation with her questioning my answers as if they were disingenuous. I'm a big boy do not need a lot of hand holding but it would be nice if the doctor had some compassion.

Very rude, bad attitude. When you talk to anwer a question she will contradict it and make you feel small like you are nothing. she should not be a therapist in my opinion. I would not recommend her to anyone, Especially when you're in a vulnerable state trying to seek help.
