My son was seen at the urgent care for a shoulder injury for a possible torn labrum. He was told to follow up with Dr. Bickett who insisted he had Long Thoracic Nerve Palsy and not a torn labrum. She talked down to the medical assistant that initially looked at my son and was very cold and impersonal. When all imaging and EMG results didn't show him having Long Thoracic Nerve Palsy she said there's nothing else she could do, even though my son's shoulder kept dislocating. We went to a different doctor for a second opinion, and my son did have a torn labrum and needed surgery to repair it. It is aggravating that this could have been fixed months ago if she would have done her due diligence.

I went to see Dr. Bickett regarding bone on bone arthritis in my arm. After studying my x-rays she gave me some options I could try to alleviate my pain.

She was thorough, and definitely knowledgeable. She was, however, somewhat short with me and didn’t want to take the time to answer my questions.

She’s a great surgeon. She listens to you. She isn’t in it for the money. The reason I say this is I saw several orthopedic surgeons when I was having hip issues. They all recommended a total hip. I was only 48 years old. She recommended reconstructing the hip. I had my surgery with her and my hip is great now. A total would be so much more money then reconstruction.

Dr. Bickett has a comprehensive understanding of the muscle & nerve system. This my third visit to her office with different problems. She is very understanding and takes time.

My experience with her was very positive. I came to her with multiple issues and she was very easy to talk to as well as a good listener. She provided me with pain relief on my first visit! She recommended physical therapy and I am currently doing so. Expecting surgery down the road and will absolutely have it done by Dr. Bickett!

She listened n explained what was going on based on my previous history with my foot n the issues now. Also explained several options from meds to different surgical procedures that could be done...nothing pressing so I have time to ponder my pain n whether I want to do something now or later.

Excellent Dr.! She is professional, friendly and personable, a regular type person. She explains things well that you understand. She performed my first hip replacement and is about to perform my other hip replacement.

Dr. Bickett explained to me my problem and steps I will need to take to get to a place I can have a total knee replacement. She comes across as professional while allowing me time to ask questions. Office/ technical staff were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend the Omni Dover practice site.

She explained that my issue was the tendon on the outside of my foot. Took about 1 1/2 weeks to get better After being put on anti inflammatory Pills. It was not broke.

I had never broken a bone before and did not know what to expect. Dr. Bickett explained my issue to me and provided a couple courses of action. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant when giving advise. If I were to need her services again, I would not hesitate to go back.

Dr Bickett is wonderful- She explains things very well and takes time with her patients- My daughter had ACL and meniscus repair with no complications!
