Dr. Melinda Bottenfield, DO

I was hospitalized 4 an entire 7 days at Piedmont Hospital, Rockdale, for a small bowel obstruction and was being seen by her as one of the attending physicians on the campus. I was then given a follow-up appointment after being discharged with Dr. Bottenfield, through the hospital for July 24, @ 11 am. On the day of my appointment 2 hours prior to going in to see her in person, I received a call from her office. Her secretary stated that she was calling me to inform me that if I was coming to see Dr. Bottenfield for an hernia that there was nothing she could do in regard to that. I indicated that I wasn't coming in to consult with her about a hernia and that I was giving the appointment by the hospital as a follow-up to my being hospitalized for a small bowel obstruction.
