Great OBGYN

Very respectful and professional. Makes you feel comfortable in your environment and to ask any questions. Very helpful when explaining each step that she is performing. I always feel like other ob would rush the appointment and she takes her time to introduce herself and ask any necessary questions.

Appreciate her bedside manner so much….she is thorough and listens. Appreciate that in a doctor. I am a relatively new patient to Dr. Lucero after my past physician of 20 years retired.Would definitely recommend her to others.

Lack of attention to detail
Dr lucero was very polite, but in all honesty she did not pay much attention to detail. With this being my first pregnancy I didn't feel very secure. The wait time at the oakwoods woman center is often long causing my husband to miss a huge chunck of work time. Dr. Lucero never comes in the room with charts and there was mutiple times where it seemed as if she didn't even review my charts because her unsurety and lack of attention to details. It is very possible that if i had expressed these concerns before deciding to leave Dr Lucero that she may have adjusted to my needs... but there are somethings I feel as though one should not have to tell a doctor. All her other reviews are great which is what led me to her. Maybe I just recieved the short end of the stick.

Amazing :)
I love Dr. Lucero so much that I recommended her to my mom when her OB retired. She’s always so kind and genuinely seems to care about how her patients are doing. She’s very professional and gentle during exams, and she’s supported me though personal problems. Great doctor and even better woman.

Love Dr Lucero!!! Knowledgeable & Compassionate in her care. Dr Lucero is thorough, easy to communicate with & never makes you feel rushed (like you have her undivided attention). Office is beautiful, organized, convenient & timely (respectful of adhering to appt time). As an added bonus, the practice offers imaging (including mammography/U/S) in office.

Dr. Lucero is very professional and made sure I wasn’t experiencing extreme pain during my proceeding. The nurse named Pam who assisted her was extremely professional and comforting during my biopsy. Both were compassionate as well.
