Very comfortable atmosphere. Dr Sinatra demonstrates a keen understanding for whatever you are there for. Very professional and knowledgeable.

DO NOT USE - no respect for timely need for treatment or value of patient's time. Procedure was cancelled same day on two occasions, for what seemed to be her availability. In those cases where you are seen in the office they are clearly overbooked and have no problem making you wait, my epxerience was an hour and a half after appointment time

Dr Sinatra just performed my Cataract Surgury and she was excellent. I have gone to her for years and have always been pleased with her professional expertise.

Dr. Sinatra is excellent--she explains all procedures thoroughly, and is a caring physician. I have never felt rushed and all of my concerns were addressed. I am very happy with the results of surgery and I will continue to see her as a patient; I have recommended her to both family and friends.

Professionalism to the Nth degree. From Front End Reception Staff, to Technicians, to Dr. Sinatra herself, there was a level of professionalism and true caring from everyone I encountered. I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me. I was glad my primary care physician referred me here. I will continue to come back. And I will recommend to others. Mom used to say - 'take it from who it comes', I am in no way affiliated with this practice. I have worked in healthcare my whole life. This practice is an exceptional group of professionals.

I made an appointment for my wife to to see Dr Sinatra 3 months in advance for 2:15pm. I called the day before the appointment and explained we had to leave for the airport at 3:30pm, and the staff assured me it would not be a problem. On the day of my appointment we arrived early and sat in the waiting room until 2:45. My wife approached the staff to make sure she can still be out by 3:30 and she was told “it’s not enough time and need to reschedule”. The only options they gave her was more than one month out. Never apologized, and some staff was making rude remarks in the background. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Sinatra is the BEST!!!!!! I cannot say enough about her professionalism and skill as a surgeon. Will highly recommend her for you eye care

If you have hours to wait in the waiting room, then give her a shot. Been there 3 times, first visit, waited an hour and a half to be seen. Second visit, called first, told to come 45 mins later, as the Dr. was running behind. I waited another hour before being taken for a procedure they were totally unprepared to do and then was told to come back on a day they perform these procedures, first thing in the morning. Made another appt. came in at 8 am. At 8;30, Dr. still not in the office , finally left. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! GOOD LUCK!

I can't believe all the negative comments about Dr Sinatra and her staff. Dr Sinatra is wonderful and her staff is very friendly. My whole family goes to Dr Sinatra we won't go to another Dr. Dr Sinatra is fantastic.

Dr. Sinatra was friendly, thorough and explained everything to me. She was patient and answered all my questions. Her staff was also friendly and knowledgeable.

I was recommended to Dr. Sinatra by a dear friend a few years ago and I could not be happier with her and the entire staff. Every time I go there I leave feeling 100% confident in the care I have been given. The staff is always friendly and works very hard- always with a smile. If you are in need of quality eye care this is the place to be!!

We have been patients of Dr. Sinatra - and more recently Dr. Antonelli as well - for over a decade. She was recommended to us by a dear friend and we have continued to further recommend her office to dear friends of ours… because when you have found the caviar and champagne you pass it around. Not one of our friends has ever been disappointed and, in fact, all have continued to see her. Both Dr. Sinatra and Dr. Antonelli are kind, compassionate and so much more than merely competent. We have been treated as valued patients consistently and professionally. Their entire staff is truly delightful to deal with… …. But here’s what has impressed me the most in all the wonderful they’ve been: … I have a brother who is neurologically impaired and came to live with us two years ago… and, sadly, not all medical professionals our Bill has dealt with have been kind, nor patient… But our Bill’s experience with this office - these doctors - has been everything you would want for a loved one.

I went to Dr. Sinatra, after waiting over an hour to be seen, she looked at me for 2 minutes, told me what i have, had the technician take a picture (that cost an extra $35 which I was not told about and insurance doesn't cover) and sent me on my way to the pharmacy. Then I received a bill 6 months later for the picture that was taken. I have never been so rushed out of a doctor's office in my life. I will not be going back, very poor patient experience.

Be sure to get a second opinion before you are pushed towards cataract surgery by either of the doctors here. It is a known fact that they work in tandem to bill the most money from their patients and insurance. The secretary here is also incredibly rude and unpleasant to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr. Sinatra never introduced herself and made a diagnosis before even examining me. It was not until I said I was having pain in my eye that she finally examined my eye. She then told me her first diagnosis was incorrect. She then proceeded to tell her assistant to place some drops and a lense in my eye. No explaination, and then proceeded to leave the room. I was left to ask her assistant many questions that I had. She also sent in a script, again no explaination. Sought second opinion.

Best medical experience I ever had. Came out better than going in.

Dr. Sinatra is fantastic! She is so professional, patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Her staff is so friendly and professional and the office is very clean. We are so happy with Wyckoff ophthalmology I would recommend her 100x over.
