We took our 14 yr old daughter to Dr. Lang for upper jaw surgery and the quality of time she spent with us and the professionalism of Dr. Lang was awesome. The thoroughness of her examination of my daughters jaw was amazing. We are now getting ready for our pre-op appt, which surgery had to be scheduled a little faster and her office staff was awesome getting everything coordinated and contacting me and my insurance and even conferring my the orthodontist. My family really likes her.

Dr. Lang was very angry, rude, and very, very unprofessional. She never faced me, but "examined" my teeth standing behind me! She claimed to not know about my ER visit though the reports were there. I told her repeatedly that I was working with the Washington State Dental Association regarding having my teeth pulled but she ignored that completely and told me to make an appointment for January on 4W. I would never recommend her to anyone due to her lack of professionalism.

Incompetent, non-responsive, more worried about getting sued than about the problems you are experiencing. Before my surgery she failed to mention very important possible side effects of this surgery until the day before the surgery, all of which I then experienced. Terrible nerve pain in my tongue and jaw area, and now my speech is slurred. The pain never goes away and never will. She never once checked up on me or showed any concern. All efforts for relief or help were ignored. Avoid her
