Dr Lane is exceptional. She listens and truly cares.

I finally got reasonable answers to what I could do to improve my health and mental well-being.

On my first visit she came into the exam room and the health coach said to her "I have the patients chart up on the screen" and the doctor replies, "yes I was just looking at it". I began explaining the reason why I was there and she recommends a medication that I am allergic to, which is on my medical history chart under "allergies", which she just had stated she was just reading it. I immediately said , "no" I am allergic to that medication, it's on my chart" and she says, "Oh" and recommends an over the counter medicine. Some other incidents happened during her initial exam, which I call "bad bedside manners" so I did not go back to see her again, changed to another clinic.

There are no words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Lane, Moriah and all the associates with Iora Primary Care. What an amazing wonderful experience since my very first call to Iora to set an appointment all through my phone consultation and first office visit. I have a number of health concerns and the absolute understanding, kindness, patience, efficiency, and professionalism exhibited to me by each and every staff member gives me such peace of mind that I have found the very best in primary care. A huge burden has been lifted from me by having a relationship here at Iora and knowing I have their support.

I have seen her since she has been a Iora, she doesn't rush her appointments and she listens to you. Her explanations are understandable. The staff at this facility is great.
