Not a good experience for me
My Primary care doctor suggested that I see this doctor because of my HBP, as it was beyond his scope of treatment. The front desk staff was rude every time I called or had an appointment. I did like Dr. Greenan at first however, she put me on new meds which dropped my BP very low, then with a blood test found out my kidneys were not functioning correctly because of meds. She changed meds again and thankfully my kidney function improved. I had to travel out of state to take care of my Dad and tried to refill a prescription and she refused since she could not see me, nor do they do Tele Health. The front desk said there is nothing they can do and just go back to my Primary care doctor.........not sure if Dr. Greenan even knows how her front desk people are treating patients, they would not let me talk with her. Another strange thing is that it took them months to cash my co-pay checks I paid at my visits. Done -

Terrible. No diagnosis for weeks while I went from s3 to S 5. No treatment plan. No diet.

I was referred to Dr. Greenan by my PCP for poor results on my BUN and creatinine blood work. Dr. Greenan put my mind at ease. She was thorough and patient in answering my questions. She reviewed my current medication list to rule out any meds that might be harmful to kidney function. I now see her every 6 months for follow up. I would highly recommend her.
