This doctor is horrible! Does not care about her patients. Son went to here from transitioning out of Children's. It has been a year and he still hasn't had an infusion. Do not go to this provide!!

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting with Dr Green. I had been bed ridden in Jan I am now$4000 and eight months later of still nausea abdominal pain. head dizziness, and constipation. I can only say a bad experience from Dr. Only. Everyone at this facility seems to be very nice and helpful with questions. When asked why she never ordered an allergy test I asked for 6 months ago and before all money spent. She never tested me for gluten when I have been gluten free for 8 months to see if this may help my abdominal pain. I can only say that I have had the unfortunate experience of feeling rushed out the door, treated as a number, unheard, and extremely overcharged. I can only say that I will never be returning to Melanie Green. With being a minority I aspected to receive more care and treatment and better bedside manner from someone I should be looking up to as A Dr. From all of this lesson all I can say is you know your body and you will have to fight with this Dr about your care

Doesn’t listen and I’d not helpful
First visit she did not let me tell her everything than had been happening but interrupted and latched on to one thing I said. No test ordered nothing helpful. Following up via message was even more useless. I will not see her again.

Dr. Green is very thorough! I love that she takes the time to listen to me and doesn't dismiss any of my symptoms. She also takes the time to explain why she is ordering any tests and to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed when I see her, and I feel confident that she doesn't leave a stone unturned.

Do not allow yourself or anyone you know to see Dr. Melanie Green. She did absolutely nothing to help improve my 82 year old mother’s situation. Instead, Dr. Green’s actions caused only distress and discomfort and did not address mother’s condition at all. After repeatedly explaining the situation to her, Dr. Green would not recommend changes in treatment until she ran 6 separate tests that were deemed unnecessary by mother’s previous Gastroenterology doctor. Even after all 6 test results came back normal, Dr. Green still did not provide any alternative solutions to the problem when there are currently medications on the market that routinely address this issue. Dr. Green should not be practicing medicine. I have had nothing but good things to say about TriHealth Digestive Institute until now, but Dr. Melanie Green is giving TriHealth Digestive Institute a bad name.
