Terrible record keeping, nasty assistant
After my initial pre-colonoscopy consultation, Dr. Ahmad requested additional information about my family history. I provided it to his office email as requested but after my procedure he claimed not to have seen it—either it didn’t get to him, or he didn’t bother to review it. In addition, his assistant is extraordinarily nasty.
