Very bad front desk. Rude tone, cold face, without a sign of smile. Keep asking about insurance and calculating money. Never care patients but if you will/could pay them. I never met such a person who never gives you a smile especially who is working as front desk!! Horrible experience, money driven attitude. What are they doing? How could they treat people like this? Do I owe you? I cancelled my case immediately after such a treatment. Horrible!
