I've been calling for two days straight, but either it goes to teh service or they don't pick up the phone. Impossible to reach them.

Dr Mehul Shah has been our family’s gastroenterologist for years. He is available, honest, spot on with diagnosis & treatment. He assesses & treats each situation - aggressive or conservative depending on patient’s symptoms & test results. AND to top it off he’s personable.

The staff are very unprofessional and unorganized. impossible to get through when in need of information. I had a capsule endoscopy procedure done and they could not find the results of that procedure in my file and that they will need to speak to the manager. I doubt they will be getting back to me on that issue. Getting paid for something that they did not follow through with is not acceptable. I only followed up with this office because that was the doctor that came to see me when I was hospitalized in Belleville NJ. I will not be going back there again. I should have just gone to my other gastroenterology doctor in Secaucus instead of some random doctor that pops in by your bedside.

terrible spent hours to get a copy of records to this office they said they had the records yet when patient was there they didnt bring the dr the records the phone calls to get a fax was incredible first they had it, then they didnt, then they went to millburn, then they said they would fax it to nutley it was a nightmare. went there dr said i dont have any records.... yet they were there incompetent do not go find a competent office dr shah said dont have anthing didnt bother to find out wheres the fax horrible the amount of time with this was disgusting now we have to find another dr and wait now for an appts
