Great experience! She is one of the brightest physicians I have ever seen. Spent over an hour with us. Explained everything in detail. Compassionate. Great bed side manner. We love Dr. Burki!

I feel blessed to have found Dr. Burki. She is smart, attentive, and addresses all my concerns. When I leave her office, I know that I have been heard. She is the doctor who called me at home with a test result on a Friday afternoon so that I wouldn't worry all weekend. She is the doctor who took the extra step of looking into insurance coverage for another concern - and then gave me peace of mind follow-up. Definitely five stars!

Dr Burki has been treating my esophageal cancer since May of 2019. She is quiet and reserved. At first I wasn't certain we would click. However, it didn't take long for my wife and I to discover that she is very kind, concerned, and caring. She has been particularly kind to my wife, making sure that she addressed my wife's concerns and emotions. I cannot express how helpful this has been. Dr Burki has always explained her treatment plans, the potential side effects and issues associated with those treatments, and outlined remedies that could lessen the effects. I trust her ability to fine-tune the treatment to my particular body. Several times adjustments needed to be made based on my blood work result for that week, and the manner in which my body as a whole has been affected by the treatment. Those adjustments have resulted in a treatment plan that has been tolerable for me. So far, my scans have been clear and we are moving towards curing my disease. I truly am grateful.

My experience with Dr. Burki has been nothing short of professional. She is truly interested in the patient as a whole. She has been my doctor for almost a year now and I trust her with my life. She spends a great deal of time with her patients, is very helpful and answers every question I ask her. Her kindness and compassion are unsurpassed. I am so thankful that she is my physician.

Dr. Burke is by far the best doctor I have seen during my 7 year cancer journey. If you're looking for a doctor that not only has cutting edge treatment options, but is caring , thoughtful and thorough in her evaluations, I highly recommend her. So many of the doctors I have seen during this journey have an attitude that is less than understanding or thoughtful. Dr. Burki's staff is cheerful and helpful. You'll find compassion paired with good medicine with Dr. Burki!

I have been seeing Dr. Burki since Oct.2019, I am extremely confident we are on the right track for my recovery. She takes the time to answer all my questions, so that I understand what is going on in my recovery (with the other doctors I see) and treatments (I see her for), during the office visit before my infusions. So glad I chose Abramson Cancer Center to take care of me.

Having been a patient of Dr. Burki for over a year, she is a top doc in my experience. She listens and relates well to my needs and concerns. She's responsive to calls/contact; and most of all has the in-depth knowledge and clinical expertise to deliver appropriate innovative care that saves lives.

Dr Burki never seems rushed, even on busy days. Since our first visit Dr. Burki was caring and informative about the treatment plan. She takes time to ask us if we have any questions. Dr. Burki has helped us walk our difficult journey through cancer treatment through her care and support.

She didn’t even come into the room sat at the doorway.. didn’t come into feel any of my lymph nodes. Asked about my meds and supplements and told me to stop one of the supplements as the ingredients is used in chemo.

Horrible didn’t do anything sat at the doorway on laptop. Wasted my time and money

Dr. Burkina spent more time talking badly about other doctors. She ordered blood tests that were not necessary as many results were not true results because of the blood thinners.
