My last Name was an (NAZI) Issue
I went to a first appointment for a colonoscopy. First meeting with the doctor and within seconds he rattled off my maiden name (Goble) and told me “you know that’s a Nazi Name” and then I responded with some family history on why it shouldn’t actually have been my last name to begin with, because the situation was awkward, and I’m overdue for this procedure. He didn’t stop there, he started scolding me because my doctors office sent over a list of all the medications I’ve ever taken to his office. His medical assistant who was going over them with me was reading them off fast an that many on that list were not correct. She informed me it was her first day or first week and thought it would be okay. The doctor told me I shouldn’t trust my primary care physician with medication lists and started becoming angry while I was pulling the list from my purse. He wouldn’t stop scolding me. I left in the middle of the appointment. RUDE MAN

Avoid this place like the plague
No call backs for two weeks after leaving ER, So I walked in. Was told they don’t do walk ins and I’m interrupting his lunch time but he feels sorry for me as he mimed a person hunched over whining in pain, he even did crippled hands gesture while he mocked me. I told him I just need my old script filled. Try’d to do this over the phone to avoid the $450 he charged me for 5 minutes , wrote no refills on medication and expects me to show up in 30 days with another $450, not including the price of medication which is $150. Told me no cancellations or switching appointments…

I had severe acid reflux. I saw several doctors and they prescribed medication that didn’t work. Someone suggested Dr Ferdows. Met with him and he was very thorough in the office regarding my symptoms and such. He suggested an upper Endoscopy to see what the issue really was. I did the procedure and I have Barretts. He treated me and I’m so much better now. Thank you Dr Ferdows!

Easy Scheduling, great Staff, amazing doctor. When in for my first routine colonscopy. Dr Ferdows discovered cancerous polyp. He and his staff were great. They scheduled everything, surgery, post op. From discovery to cancer free in less than three weeks. Will use no one else for my future care. Outstanding practice.

Before going to see him I had seen 3 different gastroenteritis in town and no results. They all did colonoscopy and told me nothing. A friend recommended Dr Ferdows. He was the only one who listened to me and treated me with respect and dignity. I'm fine now and I have to see him every 3 months for the follow up.I am so happy that I listened to my friend and went to see him. The office was beautiful and everybody was very welcoming, putting me at ease.A big thank you to Dr Ferdows.

Worst and most rude person I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend him and would steer people away. Does not listen or care about what you say and just wants to give you more and more pills and higher doses instead of trying to find the actual cause of the issue to fix it. Rudely interupts and treats you like you are a mindless baby.

Our first encounter with Dr Ferdows was extremely professional and thorough in walking us through everything that we were experiencing with this disease. What I appreciated the most with Dr Ferdows was his expertise and understanding of how to treat my brothers symptoms during this time. I appreciated his honesty about the seriousness of what we are dealing with both from the patient side and the care-giving perspective.
