First appt w Dr. Rodden was wonderful. She was helpful&supportive with great bedside manner. I was told to get a MRI, which I did, but it took them 3 weeks to call with my results and I had to call 2 times to ask for results. My next appt I was 10min late (which yes, was my fault), but I was checked in and paid my co pay, but later the loud trashy nurse came out yelling my name to the receptionist(against HIPAA) saying I was too close to the 15min mark and they wouldn’t see me and turned me away

Oct. 2016, admitted overnight to Bon Secours Mem. Reg. Hosp. as 'out-patient' for stroke-like symptoms. Next day, Dr. came to MY hospital room.. this was ONLY time we met. Later, I was billed for an 'office visit' & tried to get her office to correct it, with no luck. I applied for a 'Care Card', which hospital said would be accepted 100% by all 'care-givers'. Once approved, info provided to this Dr. but remaining balance submitted. to collection agency, who demands pmt. despite documentation.

Dr. Rodden is amazing! She is caring and is always concerned. She has excellent bedside manners, listening skills, expertise on my health concern, and is VERY patient. In addition, she is thorough and meticulous. I have seen neurologists in Japan and Korea and she is by far the best! So glad to have found her! *At times, her office staff misrepresent her but I would never hold that against her if I have not addressed it with her and also because they have no effect on the services she provides

Dr.Rodden is the best neurologist I have been too. She is so caring and explained things so well. She is so compassionate and gave me hope. She is going to move to the Watkins location and though it is 40min away I would follow her no matter how far away she is.

Dr. Rodden is awesome, great bed-side manner, professional, caring and courteous. Her staff does not answer the phone, called 10 times in one day and it just rang, no voicemail. I did call at lunch time one time and left a message with answering service and my call was not returned. Even set up my chart account and wrote on there as well asking for a return call. I had tests last week and am very anxious to find out the results, still nothing!

I would highly Dr. Rodden, but my experience on my office visit on November 10, 2016 was very frustrating. Due to lack of communication at check in, I finally went to the desk to ask when I would be called and was told my "20 minutes" had passed and I would have to schedule another appointment even though I had been sitting in the office. That was the only solution offered to me - customer service negligible. Had it been my first appointment, I would not come back.

I would recommend Dr. Rodden to anyone needing a Neurologist. I currently see her for migraines and trigeminal neuralgia. She is such a kind and compassionate doctor. She really listens to what I have to say and seems genuinely concerned. I am a complicated case and it doesn't seem to phase her. She is very thorough and just plain awesome!

The Doctor is great but her support pitiful. Arrived for latest appt to be told office cancelled it months earlier and I should have been notified; I wasn't. In fact, I'd called a week earlier to confirm the appt! To make matters worse, I had planned to request critical Rx refill during visit; staff took my request and I was told it would be sent to pharmacy ASAP; I'd made it to parking lot before I got call saying 'doctor was incommunicado' and 'no, Dr White would not do it.
