Mother of a daughter treated by Dr. Leininger
My daughter reported she often felt as though her appointments were rushed and Dr. was distracted by her own personal life ie: she has toddlers at home. Consequently my daughter developed Eclampsia while in Dr.s care. It was not detected, and my daughter developed grand maul seizures and had an emergency C-section. Our baby had to be air lifted upon delivery to Mercy Hospital. My daughter had to be in a medical induced coma for 3 days due to seizures. I and many other health professionals agree this was absolutely avoidable and largely due to Dr. Leiningers failure to listen and observe my daughters presenting symptoms. I would also like to note that during my daughter and baby’s hospitalization Dr. Leininger never even attempted to check on or follow up with care. Very disappointed with care received, or more accurately NOT received by this Dr.

I've been a patient of Dr. Leininger's for three years. She's attentive, friendly and remembers me from visit to visit a year later. She listens to my concerns and responds with care & understanding. I'm so glad she's my doctor.

Not only is Dr. Leininger a great OB doctor, she is also a great pediatrician for my growing family. My appointments have always been very efficient and I feel very comfortable going to her with my problems and my children’s. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable in the most vulnerable time in a women’s life. She will go out of her way to make you feel safe. Doctor Leininger is very honest about your care to make sure you get the best outcome. The staff is amazing and caring. I always looked forward to visiting this location for my care!

Bedside manner is abrupt and I don't believe she truly listens to concerns of parents. It has taken her 4 mos. of me repeating same issue to treat problem for my baby.
