Dr Fels is great! She is very friendly and thorough in well-child exams and helps ease your concern when you see her with a sick kiddo. We like her so much that when my son was in the hospital last year, it helped us ALL feel better to see her on her rotation that day. Dr Fels is also a parent, which I think makes her all the more empathetic. Sometimes scheduling same day appointments at her clinic is a bit of a struggle as reception plays an aggressive gate-keeper role.
